Please keep in mind that we are a mom-and-son store. We want to work with you to ensure that you are happy with your purchase!

Exchanges:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pollinator.bud@gmail.com.

Returns: At this time, we do not offer returns.
Refunds: At this time, we cannot refund your purchase.
